Do my clients need to create an account?
No. They open the link, enter the access code you sent, and download the files. Nothing to sign up for.
Can I upload any file type?
Any file type. If it is part of the project, you can deliver it.
How large can individual files be?
Up to 20 GB per file. Files upload directly to cloud storage.
How long does a client portal stay active?
Each project stays active for 14 days. After that, the portal shows an expiration message and the files are removed automatically, so you never have to manage old storage manually.
Can I cancel at any time?
